I had an interview with Ian Corless, from Talk Ultra, just after the Berghaus Trail Chase. In conjunction with Ian & MountainRun, this Basic Navigation article was produced.
The Chase was on during the weekend of the 16th & 17th of August in the North Yorkshire Moors....
MountainRun were out in full force on the weekend of the Lakes 100 & 50 mile races. Each year for the last 4 years we have run the Buttermere Check Point, this year we looked after Ambleside as well.
