Let Mountain Run's seasoned skyrunning instructors help you to gain the skills necessary to take on your first skyrace or develop your skill further to excel in the skyraces you have booked this season.
All would be skyrunners, trail and fell runners wanting to develop their skyrunning skills, abilities and confidence so you can tackle your first or next race with total confidence. Any runner who is interested in the niche, explosive and growing sport of skyrunning and skyracing.

Rob Brown, one of Mountain Run's Skyrunning Instructors and winner of the Rab Pinnacle Ridge Extreme skyrace in 2023, will be your expert instructor for the day.

Learn to use Trail Running Poles for walking and running in Ultra Race's and Challenges. In this course we will teach you the basics, go through some drills and then put in to practice what we have learnt. We'll supply Leki poles, so don't worry if you don't have any.
